This website, cedarandcalm.com, is operated by Cedar & Calm, a business of SatoriK LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked in our footer, including our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that lets us sell our products to you.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current purchase and account information, including your email address, shipping address and payment details.

Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and some images are styled or illustrative. We don't guarantee that every description, image or detail is completely error-free. If a product isn't as described, your remedy is set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

Product safety

Please read and follow all instructions included with your products.

  • Candle warmer lamps: use only with candles in heat-safe jars. Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from children, pets and flammable materials, and turn off when not in use.

  • Rechargeable hand warmers: charge only with a suitable USB charger. Don't use while charging, and don't use if the device is damaged, swollen or overheating. Stop using it if it becomes uncomfortably hot, and use extra care with children and with anyone who has reduced sensitivity to heat.

Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing or listing errors at any time. If an order was placed at an incorrect price, we'll contact you before we fulfill it, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or are placed in quantities that suggest resale. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout; we never see or store your full card number.

Discount codes

Discount codes, such as WARM10, can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Reviews and comments

If you submit a review, comment or other content, you confirm it's your own honest opinion and doesn't violate anyone's rights. You give us permission to display it on our site and in our marketing. We may edit or remove content that is unlawful, offensive or off-topic.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose; to interfere with its security or operation; to upload viruses or malicious code; or to copy, collect or reproduce our content, images or product listings without permission.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Cedar & Calm or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless Cedar & Calm and SatoriK LLC from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or products.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
