    Where we ship

    We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

    Shipping rates

    • Free standard shipping on orders of $45 or more

    • $4.95 standard shipping on orders under $45

    Processing and delivery times

    • Order processing: 2–5 business days. This is the time it takes to prepare, quality-check and pack your order.

    • Delivery: usually 10–15 business days after your order ships. Our products ship from our fulfillment partner's international warehouse, and the final delivery is handled by USPS.

    Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Peak holiday weeks and weather can add a few days.

    Holiday orders

    If you're ordering a gift, we recommend ordering at least 4 weeks before you need it.

    Tracking

    When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 3–5 days to show its first update while your package is transferred to the carrier. Your package may also receive a second, USPS tracking number for the final delivery.

    Address accuracy

    Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect packages once they've shipped. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, we'll help you arrange reshipment at your cost.
